What happens after I choose a paid plan?
During the pre-launch pilot, your account is created first and we manually enable your selected tier within 24h after you send your use case through the contact page.
What's included in the free tier?
5 extractions per month with 8 key data points (tenant, landlord, address, area, rent, dates, break option) delivered by email. No card required.
What do paid plans include that free doesn't?
Paid plans extract all 116 data points and deliver results as both DOCX and XLSX files, with confidence scores and source references for every field.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Self-serve Stripe billing is still disabled for the pilot. When Stripe checkout launches, subscription changes will move to the Stripe Customer Portal.
Do you support Polish VAT invoices?
Yes, we provide VAT invoices for paid pilots and later Stripe payments. During the pilot we confirm billing details manually before enablement.
What if extraction fails on my document?
Failed extractions are rare (<2% of uploads). If it happens, contact us through the contact page and we'll restore your credit immediately.
