AI agents for business. They do the work, you decide.
We build and deploy AI agents that read your email, documents, CRM and phone calls, prepare the next step and wait for your yes. You start with one process, at a fixed scope and price.

What an AI agent for business is
An AI agent is a system built on a language model that has access to selected tools in your company and carries a task from the customer's message to a ready draft of the decision. Automation moves data between systems by fixed rules; the agent handles the steps that need reading and judgement.
Chatbot
Answers questions from a knowledge base. It does no work in your systems and does not close the case.
Automation
Runs a fixed if-this-then-that flow. Fast and cheap, but it stops when the data looks different from usual.
AI agent
Reads emails, attachments and calls, checks your CRM and documents, prepares the next step and hands the decision to a person.
In our deployments the agent and the automation work together: repetitive steps run on a fixed track, and the agent takes the ones where something has to be understood.
How an AI agent works in your company
Each agent has one process, a limited set of tools and a clearly agreed point where it stops for a human decision.
1
Reads
Emails, attachments, forms, messages and phone calls, including the ones with no fixed format.
2
Checks
Data in your CRM, register, price list, calendar or company documents before it prepares anything.
3
Prepares
A case summary, a list of missing details, a draft reply, offer or system entry.
4
Waits for your yes
Anything that leaves the company or cannot be undone is approved by a person in one click.
5
Acts and logs
After approval it sends, updates the system and records every action in a log you can review.
Reversible steps such as sorting, filling in data or drafting, the agent does on its own. We agree its permissions before we start, and they are never wider than those of an employee in the same role.
AI agents we build
We start with the process that takes your team the most time and always starts the same way.
Enquiry and offer agent
Reads enquiries from email and forms, fills in data from your CRM and prepares a draft offer from your price list for sales to approve.

Clearly labelled AI. Live qualification. Team handoff.
You are speaking with an AI system. The microphone starts only after you click. Audio is not recorded or stored. The encrypted transcript is retained for 30 days, or 90 days for a potential lead.
Collects phone and email enquiries into one register, prepares a summary with missing details and drafts offers and documents from the company templates.
Who decides
Machine selection, availability and equipment decisions stay with the team.
Organises enquiry details in a shared register and drafts replies from the approved price list. A phone assistant takes enquiries when the team cannot answer.
Who decides
The account manager checks and approves every offer; unusual cases go to the team.
Reads orders from messages and attachments, prepares the order register entry, collects shipping documents and shows the status of every order.
Who decides
A forwarder approves every entry; only orders with a complete set of approved documents move to invoicing.
Result
Every order's status in one dashboard
The terms we build agents on
Fixed scope and price before start
We agree the process, integrations and approval points before we begin. No hourly billing and no extra charges along the way.
Pilot result guarantee
We set the pilot KPIs together before we start. If the pilot misses them, we keep working at no extra cost.
Data stays in the EU
Processing location and subprocessors are written into the contract, we sign a DPA, and the agent only sees the data its process needs.
Questions about AI agents
What is an AI agent for business?
It is a system built on a language model with access to selected company tools such as email, CRM, documents or the phone, and it carries a task from start to a ready draft: it reads, checks and prepares the next step. A person approves decisions that have an effect outside the company.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot or automation?
A chatbot answers questions. Automation runs a fixed if-this-then-that flow. An agent reads data with no fixed format, such as emails, attachments and calls, assesses the case and picks the next step within limits we agree. Repetitive steps stay with automation because it is cheaper and predictable.
Does an AI agent make decisions on its own?
Not on anything with an external effect: sending an offer, changing an order, a payment. The agent prepares, a person approves. Reversible steps such as sorting, filling in data and drafting the agent does itself, and every action is logged.
How much does an AI agent cost?
We agree price and scope before we start, for one process: they depend on the number of data sources, integrations and steps that need approval. We do not bill by the hour. You get a quote after a free 30-minute call.
How long does it take to deploy an AI agent?
The timeline is written into the scope before we start. It depends mostly on access to your systems and the number of integrations. We begin with a pilot of one process and KPIs agreed with you.
Where is the data processed?
In the EU. Processing location and subprocessors are written into the contract and we sign a DPA. The agent only sees the data its process needs and has no wider permissions than an employee in the same role.
Can an AI agent make mistakes?
Yes, so we design it to make mistakes visible and reversible: the agent works on your data, says when it does not know, and risky steps go to a person. We track escalations and corrections after launch.
Is an AI agent covered by the EU AI Act?
It depends on the use. An agent that talks to customers has to disclose that it is AI (Article 50). We classify every agent's AI Act risk and hand over the documentation with the system.
Where should we start?
With one process that takes your team the most time and always starts the same way: an email enquiry, an order, a document or a phone call. On a free call we show which part an agent can take over and where the human decision stays.
Your first agent, in one process
In 30 minutes we agree which part of the work an agent takes over, where your team keeps the decision and how we will measure the pilot.
